to Taylor Street Dock. Usually, I still use the access road to
the
park's south end, rather than Taylor Street Dock, as the ladder tends
to be full of pedestrians. I use Taylor Walkway when in the mood
for a
leasurly poke, sightseeing. Some people prefer to stay on
Boulevard Street, skip the park and trails altogether. It does
