About 30 miles east of Portland, OR. is picturesque Multnoma Falls. 

Actually spelled Multnomah.

Somewhere around 600 feet tall, it is a big tourist attraction.  Just a few feet from I-84.  Multnomah can't be seen very well from the freeway, but a quick exit to a parking lot right at the base of the falls brings many tourists.  I arrived by bicycle to this same spot from scenic Highway 30.  It's the old gorge highway east of Portland, Oregon.
